We are excited to be speaking at the upcoming Project Controls Expo at Wembley Stadium on the 5th and 6th of November. Our Human Change practice lead, Paul Major, will be in the Controls and Skills Zone on the afternoon of day 2, discussing how to release the superpower of cognitive diversity in your delivery teams.
Paul will also be hosting regular round table workshops during the two days to help delegates understand their own qualities and traits that make them awesome, and how to work effectively with others who have very different approaches.
