The business environment is always unpredictable and it’s an unpleasant but unavoidable fact that you’ll have to transition people out of your organisation at some point. Great companies care as much about the experience people have when they leave as when they join and as they grow.
At changemaker, we believe organisations have a moral responsibility to handle redundancy as respectfully as possible, truly valuing the human being involved and helping them find either their next role or reinvent themselves as something new. We work with individuals to build self-awareness and self-confidence and help them understand where next they want to take their career. We also work with them on the nuts and bolts of finding another role, such as CV preparation, networking, self-marketing, and interview practice. In short, we try to ensure the change they experience is as positive as possible.
